If someone installed the CYCLES sign there &quot;just because&quot; then it does seem a little silly. But maybe the sign is all that&#039;s left from the grandfather&#039;s business or it has some other very personal meaning. Who knows? 

What I don&#039;t understand is putting a KITCHEN sign in the kitchen. Maybe these are people who eat out all the time and wouldn&#039;t recognize their own kitchen without signage?  It&#039;s beyond me... 

The whole signs/words thing is interesting. I love both typography and old signs, so these are some of my favorite posts from your blog. Hope you&#039;ll continue to share them!
